We have all read that childhood obesity is on the rise.

We also have to be aware that some children especially girls fall foul to the media hype of ’size 0′.
Children have stopped being children, they spend far too long in front of either the tv or some games console. We need to make sure our children are learning from a young age about portion sizes and the philosophy of ‘ move more eat less’
